Aquastop Extraflex Polyurethane Waterproofing Membrane

Description

Aquastop Extraflex is a certified, single-component, liquid-applied polyurethane membrane designed for advanced waterproofing applications. Formulated using pure elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resins, it delivers a highly flexible and elastic protective layer that ensures long-term durability and performance.

The membrane cures through reaction with ambient and substrate moisture, forming a seamless, monolithic coating without joints, overlaps, or welds. This ensures complete surface protection against water ingress while maintaining structural integrity even under demanding environmental conditions.

Aquastop Extraflex provides excellent resistance to mechanical stress, chemicals, UV exposure, and temperature variations, making it suitable for both internal and external applications. Its superior crack-bridging ability and adhesion to concrete surfaces make it ideal for large-area waterproofing systems where reliability and longevity are critical.

Aquastop Extraflex is based on advanced hydrophobic polyurethane resin technology that reacts with moisture in the substrate and environment to form a durable elastomeric membrane. This curing mechanism ensures deep bonding and seamless waterproofing performance.

The formulation delivers high elasticity and crack-bridging capability, allowing the membrane to accommodate structural movements without failure. Its monolithic application eliminates weak points such as joints and seams, significantly improving long-term waterproofing reliability.

Additionally, the membrane incorporates chemical and UV stabilizers, enhancing resistance against environmental degradation, aggressive substances, and temperature fluctuations.
