The Jaquar Insta Prime 12kW is a high-capacity instant electric water heater from the Instant Electric range — designed for commercial or large residential applications where a continuous, high-volume hot water supply is required without the storage tank limitations of a conventional geyser. At 12kW on a 3-phase supply, it delivers consistent instant hot water across multiple simultaneous outlets.

3-Phase Performance & Specifications

Operating on a 400V / 3-Phase / 50Hz power supply, the Insta Prime 12kW is suited to commercial bathrooms, hotel rooms, and premium residences with 3-phase electrical supply. The temperature range of 30–55°C provides safe, controlled heating, and working pressure of 0.02–0.6 MPa accommodates varying building water pressure conditions. Compact dimensions of 245×478×90mm (W×H×D) allow installation in confined service spaces.

Warranty & Installation

Vertical wall installation with standard 1/2" inlet and outlet connections. The Insta Prime carries a 3-year warranty on the heating element and a 1-year warranty on other components. Available in Black Matt finish. Three-year warranty on heating element; one-year warranty on other components.
