Description

MaxiSeal Plus is an advanced impregnating sealer formulated using nano-technology to deliver deep surface protection for highly porous materials such as tile, natural stone and grout. It penetrates below the surface to form an invisible protective barrier that repels oil, water, acids and alkalis without altering the natural look of the substrate.

The sealer enhances durability by reducing the risk of staining, moisture ingress and freeze-thaw damage. Its breathable formulation allows vapour transmission, preventing internal moisture build-up. Additionally, treated surfaces exhibit improved slip resistance, making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications.

MaxiSeal Plus is ideal for use on a wide range of substrates including marble, granite, sandstone, slate, brick and cementitious surfaces. For optimal results, a field test is recommended prior to full-scale application.
