MYK LATICRETE Underlayment Sound Isolation Mat is a high-performance acoustic solution engineered to significantly reduce impact noise transmission through hard surface flooring systems. It is specifically designed for installation beneath ceramic tiles, natural stone, engineered stone, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), SPC, laminate wood, and hardwood flooring.

Manufactured using 94% post-consumer recycled rubber, this underlayment not only enhances acoustic comfort but also contributes to sustainable construction practices. The mat offers excellent durability and resistance against mold, bacteria, fungi, and water, ensuring long-term performance in both residential and commercial applications.

Additionally, it provides crack isolation up to 3 mm, helping protect finished flooring from substrate movement and minor structural stresses. With a tested IIC rating ranging from 20 to 45 as per ASTM E2179, it effectively minimizes impact sound, improving overall indoor living quality.
